Huzaifa is a well‑educated professional with a strong academic background he completed his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and later earned a Master’s degree from the University of Portsmouth, UK. With five years of hands‑on experience in logistics and supply chain management, he identified an opportunity to build a recruitment platform that truly adds value to both employers and job seekers.

The company was also inspired by Huzaifa, who has spent several years living and working in the UK. During his time there, he observed a significant gap between the services offered by recruitment agencies and the high fees they charge companies. He envisioned a model that reduces recruitment costs for organizations while maintaining, or even improving, the quality of hires.
